And you've lost the battle. If only ...someone took the time to fix that window none of this would have happened. This is the Broken Window Theory. What happens when a high school principal applies the theory to the public education system and asks his students to identify the broken windows at Blair High? The students begin targeting each other as the broken windows. One by one the students end up dead…
